Staff seemed indifferent to our complaints, making the experience even less pleasant. The only redeeming aspect was the location, conveniently situated near essential amenities.

We enjoyed visiting downtown Providence, especially the park and zoo, which our teenagers loved. The hotel’s amenities were great, particularly the complimentary breakfast that pleased everyone during our busy mornings.

The room was not great. First one was super sticky and smelled bad, had to switch. The second room was okay but it just felt worn out. Didn’t really get a good vibe. Also, it wasn't clean enough for my liking. Some stuff like the bathroom had water stains, and the overall vibe was outdated.
